Best Quick Commerce Order Management Software for FMCG Brands in India (2026)

The best quick commerce order management software for an FMCG brand is the one that runs the platform purchase order end to end: PO intake from Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart, SKU-level quantity cuts, appointments, ASN, GST invoice with IRN and e-way bill, GRN reconciliation, and credit notes against settlements. In 2026 the shortlist splits three ways: PO-driven quick commerce operations tools (FilFlo, Openleaf, Finnoto, Fretron), marketplace OMS platforms that added quick commerce modules (Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Fynd), and ERP front-ends or 3PL bundles (Finifi, Prozo).

Short answer: if quick commerce POs are a material share of revenue and you need the PO, approval, invoice, GRN and credit note on one trail, start with a dedicated order-to-cash layer such as FilFlo. If you already run Unicommerce or EasyEcom for marketplace parcels and quick commerce is a smaller line, test their quick commerce modules first. If all you need is POs keyed into your ERP faster, an ERP front-end such as Finifi may be enough.

Quick commerce order management workflow for FMCG brands

Before you read: FilFlo is our product

FilFlo publishes this guide and is listed first, because quick commerce PO operations are the job it was built for. We state its connection modes exactly, including where others claim more: Unicommerce lists API intake for Instamart where FilFlo runs a file workflow, and Openleaf states automatic appointment booking where FilFlo tracks appointment status. Other entries are described from each vendor's own pages as read in October 2026. No ratings, customer counts or outcome numbers are invented or repeated from vendor marketing.

Key Takeaways

  • Quick commerce is a purchase-order business. The margin is decided at the cut, the appointment, the ASN, the GRN and the settlement, not at the courier label.
  • PO intake works differently per platform and per vendor: webhook, API, EDI, email forwarding or file. Ask which method applies to your account before you compare anything else.
  • Few vendors state the whole loop. IRN e-invoicing, appointment booking and credit notes are the steps most often missing from quick commerce pages.
  • Marketplace OMS modules suit brands already on Unicommerce or EasyEcom; dedicated order-to-cash layers suit brands where quick commerce is the main growth channel.

How We Evaluated: Eight Checkpoints in the Quick Commerce PO Lifecycle

A Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart PO arrives against a buyer GSTIN, in platform item codes, for a specific warehouse and delivery window. What the brand earns depends on eight checkpoints, and we scored each tool on how many it states it handles:

  1. PO intake per platform, and the method: webhook, API, EDI, email or file.
  2. Mapping of platform item codes to SKUs, and buyer entity to GSTIN and location.
  3. Approval with SKU-level quantity cuts and reasons.
  4. Appointments: booked by the tool, or only recorded.
  5. ASN where the platform expects one.
  6. GST invoice with IRN and e-way bill at dispatch, on the right series.
  7. GRN reconciliation with typed mismatch reasons.
  8. Credit notes and ERP posting against platform settlements.

Method note: we read each vendor's product pages, help-centre articles and dated blog posts in October 2026, and list a capability only if the vendor states it. "Not stated" means we could not find it publicly, not that the product cannot do it. The ranking weighs lifecycle depth for a brand selling into the platforms, not company size. Every vendor here prices by quote. The lifecycle itself is mapped in our quick commerce order-to-cash guide; for the wider OMS market, including B2C parcel OMS and enterprise suites, see our Top 10 Order Management Systems in India.

1. FilFlo: The Quick Commerce Order-to-Cash Layer

FilFlo is the order-to-cash operations layer for FMCG brands selling through quick commerce, and the same engine runs modern trade, general trade distributors, marketplaces, D2C and institutional buyers. Intake differs by platform. Blinkit is a live webhook workflow through middleware FilFlo builds and operates, with a file-import fallback; documents go back to Blinkit through the portal or file upload. Zepto is live for PO intake and outbound ASN, assembled from the actual invoice and enabled per account. Swiggy Instamart is a file workflow: your team imports the portal CSV or pastes PO rows into the PO Tracker, which normalises yearless dates and maps platform SKU codes; nothing is fetched in the background. Hyperpure POs arrive by email from an allowlisted sender.

Then every platform gets the same flow: SKU-level approval with quantity cuts, reasons and crate-MOQ rules; batch, expiry and FIFO picklists; GST invoice with IRN and e-way bill on the right per-GSTIN series, including bill-from and ship-from cases. FilFlo works alongside an existing WMS or 3PL, or runs picking, scanning and dispatch itself for brands that don't have one. The PO Tracker shows appointment status and crate and box utilisation. Invoice-vs-GRN variance is classified with reason codes. FilFlo closes the GRN gap and manages credit notes against platform settlements today; deduction classification and payment reconciliation are on the roadmap. A Blinkit settlement (PRN) file becomes bulk credit notes, one per merchant invoice ID.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a live native API connection (OData, bidirectional); Tally and Zoho Books are supported through export formats. Typical onboarding is 2 days. Jimmy's Cocktails: "We cut down our first-appointment order failure rate by 90%." Snackfax has published an Anveshan case study. Contact for pricing.

Best for: FMCG brands where quick commerce POs are a large or fast-growing share of revenue across several GSTINs and warehouses, and finance needs the PO, cut, invoice, GRN and credit note on one trail.

Not for: brands that want slots booked on the portals for them (FilFlo tracks status), Instamart POs pulled with no one importing them, or payment reconciliation live today. It is not a courier-aggregation OMS for B2C parcels either.

2. Unicommerce: Quick Commerce Inside an Established Marketplace OMS

Unicommerce runs a dedicated quick commerce product naming Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Flipkart Minutes. Its FAQ describes API intake with ASNs pushed back for Blinkit and Instamart, and email forwarding for Zepto; an early-2026 help article describes a Zepto EDI option with ASN on manifest close, so confirm which applies to you. The page states ASNs from packed shipments, GST-compliant invoices and e-way bills on dispatch, and dispatch matched against platform GRNs with discrepancies flagged. Its FAQ adds that the brand keeps control of final reconciliation and disputes.

Best for: brands already on Uniware for marketplace and D2C orders who want quick commerce on the same inventory.

Not for: teams needing appointments or credit notes in the same tool; neither is mentioned, and IRN is not named, so test it. See Unicommerce vs FilFlo.

3. EasyEcom: Quick Commerce PO Import for Marketplace-First Brands

EasyEcom documents its quick commerce flow in its help centre. Blinkit POs come in by EDI by default; an API option needs Blinkit to enable EasyEcom's webhook. POs can be processed in full or in part with automatic splitting, and Blinkit ASN is supported after an allocation-rule setup and a support request. Swiggy Instamart POs arrive by automatic email forwarding, and other platforms can use a custom email-PDF route. The integration imports the PO; invoicing then runs in the normal B2B flow. B2B orders start on the Growth plan, EDI on Enterprise.

Best for: marketplace-heavy brands on EasyEcom adding Blinkit and Instamart B2B on one stock pool.

Not for: brands needing appointment, GRN or credit-note workflows, none stated for quick commerce. See EasyEcom vs FilFlo.

4. Openleaf: B2B Quick Commerce Suite Focused on Appointments and Dispatch

Openleaf, whose core product is a D2C shipping aggregator, runs a separate B2B quick commerce suite. It says it pulls POs from platform vendor portals without manual downloads, books appointments at the right platform location automatically, and invoices, lorry receipts and labels are generated at dispatch with B2B carriers. It also states GRN matching with short supply flagged. Platforms named include Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Now and Nykaa, with connectors to SAP, ERPNext, Business Central, Unicommerce and EasyEcom.

Best for: brands losing most to missed slots, dispatch paperwork and B2B freight coordination.

Not for: brands that need ASN or IRN e-invoicing confirmed up front; neither is stated, and the portal ingestion method is not described.

5. Finnoto: Quick Commerce Through a Finance Lens

Finnoto describes itself as an operating system for revenue and payables, and its quick commerce module starts from the cash end. It says it pulls POs automatically from Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart and Zepto, as well as platforms that only email POs; that each PO is validated against rate, customer and lot size; that ASN and appointments run through your 3PL or WMS; and that e-invoices and e-way bills are generated per sale order. Downstream it states GRN, dispute and credit-note reconciliation, settlement matching against bank credits, and posting to ERPs including Zoho, SAP and Tally.

Best for: finance-led teams chasing short payments and settlement leakage across platforms.

Not for: brands wanting picking and dispatch in the same product; Finnoto expects a 3PL or WMS to run the floor.

Bring a Real Blinkit or Zepto PO to the Demo

Watch FilFlo take it from intake through SKU-level cuts, IRN invoice, e-way bill and ASN to GRN variance and credit notes, on one trail.

6. Fynd (Fynd Konnect): Quick Commerce in a Commerce OMS

Fynd's July 2026 blog describes Fynd Konnect handling POs from Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket and Tata 1mg: intake from email, vendor portals and EDI or SFTP with AI extraction, mapping platform codes and EANs to SKUs, booking of the inbound slot, ASN, tax invoice and e-way bill at dispatch, and ASN reconciled against the platform GRN. We found no dedicated product page for this flow, so these claims rest on the blog.

Best for: larger omnichannel brands already using Fynd for retail or marketplace orders.

Not for: buyers who want product documentation before a demo.

7. Fretron: Quick Commerce With a Transport Backbone

Fretron combines order, warehouse and transport modules, and lists Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart connectors. It states that brands can accept or reject each PO line in their own panel, allocate available stock against a bulk PO and hold the balance, and record the delivery slot on the order. Transport covers dispatch planning, route optimisation, ePOD and freight billing. Fretron says payout reconciliation is still being built.

Best for: brands where freight planning matters as much as the PO itself.

Not for: brands that need ASN, GST invoicing and GRN reconciliation described up front; none are stated.

8. Finifi: Blinkit Orders Straight Into Your ERP

Finifi is an order-to-cash and procure-to-pay automation platform with a deliberately narrow Blinkit page: continuous order capture, validation of SKUs, quantities, store mappings, duplicates and cut-offs, then ERP sales orders, with downstream fulfilment and accounting unchanged. It states a 3-day go-live. Appointment automation and GRN reconciliation appear as separate modules on its site, not on the Blinkit page.

Best for: brands whose ERP handles invoicing and dispatch well and who only want Blinkit PO keying gone.

Not for: brands wanting ASN, GRN and credit notes on the same PO trail.

9. Prozo ProOMS: Software Bundled With a 3PL

Prozo pairs its ProOMS software with warehousing and logistics. ProOMS lists Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart integrations and PO management under B2B, and Prozo runs appointment-based deliveries to quick commerce warehouses as a logistics service. Its warehousing page notes the brand keeps the commercial relationship with the platform.

Best for: brands outsourcing warehousing who want one vendor for stock, dispatch and appointment deliveries.

Not for: brands running their own warehouses that want software only. PO intake method, ASN and platform GRN reconciliation are not stated.

10. ERP Plus Spreadsheets: The Baseline Every Tool Replaces

Most brands start here: download POs from each portal or inbox, key sales orders into TallyPrime, Zoho Books or Dynamics 365, book slots on the portal, and track GRN differences in a sheet. It works at low volume. We checked the Odoo Apps store and Zoho Marketplace in October 2026 and found no Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart add-on, so ERP-only setups mean manual entry or a custom build.

Best for: one platform, one warehouse and a few POs a week.

Not for: daily POs across platforms and GSTINs, where re-keying errors surface later as GRN shortfalls.

What Is Not on This List, and Why

Quick commerce analytics tools such as GobbleCube and 42Signals track availability, share of search and ads at dark-store level. Useful for growth teams, but they do not run POs, invoices or GRNs.

Dark-store operator software, such as Omniful's quick commerce use case, Vinculum's quick commerce page and Increff's Grid network, is built for companies running fast delivery themselves, a different job from supplying Blinkit or Zepto.

Agencies and 3PL services (account managers, appointment-delivery 3PLs such as Emiza, WareIQ and Eshopbox) are services, not software. For intake options including RPA and email parsers, see our guide to tools that automate Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart POs.

How to Choose: Run Five Documents Through Every Demo

Feature lists look alike; differences show up when a real document hits the tool. Bring these five and watch each vendor process them live:

  1. A Blinkit PO with a quantity cut. Does the cut carry a reason and approver, and does the invoice reflect the approved quantity?
  2. A Zepto PO that needs an ASN. Is the ASN built from the actual invoice, and what happens when the invoice comes from your ERP?
  3. An Instamart portal export. How do yearless dates, unmapped item codes and new delivery locations get caught before approval?
  4. A GRN with a short receipt. Can the tool show ordered, approved, invoiced, dispatched and received quantities side by side, with a typed reason?
  5. A settlement file. Does it turn into credit notes matched to invoices, and how do they reach Tally, Zoho Books or your ERP?

Also ask where each integration runs and who maintains it. We found no brand-facing PO or ASN API documentation published by the three platforms, so every vendor relies on some mix of platform enablement, EDI, email, middleware or files. A good vendor will tell you which, per platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is quick commerce order management software?

Software that runs the purchase orders Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and similar platforms raise on a brand: PO intake, mapping platform item codes to SKUs and buyers to GSTINs, approval with quantity cuts, appointment tracking, dispatch, GST invoice with IRN and e-way bill, ASN where required, GRN reconciliation and credit notes against settlements. It is a different job from a B2C marketplace OMS, which routes consumer parcels and books couriers.

Which software imports Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart purchase orders automatically?

Several tools state that they do, by different methods. FilFlo takes Blinkit POs through a webhook workflow on FilFlo-operated middleware, ingests Zepto POs and submits Zepto ASNs, and runs Instamart as a CSV or portal-paste workflow. Unicommerce lists Blinkit and Instamart as API and Zepto by email forwarding. EasyEcom imports Blinkit POs by EDI and Instamart POs from auto-forwarded email. Openleaf, Finnoto and Fynd also state automated intake. Ask each vendor which method applies to your account, per platform.

Can Unicommerce or EasyEcom handle quick commerce POs?

Both have added it. Unicommerce has a quick commerce product naming Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Flipkart Minutes, with ASN push, invoices and e-way bills on dispatch, and dispatch matched against platform GRNs. EasyEcom's help centre documents Blinkit PO import by EDI with ASN after configuration, and Instamart PO import by email. Neither states appointment booking or credit notes for quick commerce on the pages we reviewed.

Does any tool book Blinkit or Zepto delivery appointments automatically?

Openleaf states that it auto-books appointments, Fynd's July 2026 blog says its flow books the inbound slot, and Finnoto lists appointments alongside its 3PL and WMS handling. Fretron captures the slot against the order, and FilFlo tracks appointment status in its PO Tracker. We found no brand-facing appointment API published by the platforms, so ask each vendor to book or record a real slot live in the demo.

Do I still need an ERP?

Yes. The ERP stays the accounting system of record; the quick commerce layer captures the PO, approval, invoice, GRN and credit note and feeds clean results to it. FilFlo's Microsoft Dynamics 365 connection is a live native API (OData, bidirectional), while Tally and Zoho Books are supported through export formats. Finnoto and Finifi also describe posting into ERPs. Setup time is driven by SKU, GSTIN and location mapping more than software; FilFlo's typical onboarding is 2 days.
