3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

5. Payment Terms
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services
6. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. By using our Services, you grant FilFlo a limited license to access, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Services and for analytical purposes. Such data will not identify you or your business.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by FilFlo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilFlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FilFlo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. We may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Services will be revoked
- You may request a copy of your data within 30 days
- Outstanding fees remain payable
- We may delete your data after 90 days of termination
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
