EasyEcom vs Unicommerce vs Increff: Which Fits a Quick-Commerce-Heavy Brand? (2026)

For a brand whose growth is Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart purchase orders, Unicommerce currently makes the broadest public quick commerce claim: a dedicated module listing seven platforms, PO fetch, ASN push for supported platforms and dispatch-vs-GRN matching, although its own docs show some platform connections are email-based and gated to the Enterprise plan. EasyEcom brings quick commerce POs in mostly through forwarded emails (Blinkit by EDI) and runs them as B2B orders inside a broad OMS with strong marketplace reconciliation. Increff is the most sophisticated of the three on planning and piece-level warehousing, but names no Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart PO workflow on its site.

So the honest answer is: Unicommerce if you want one vendor and can buy the Enterprise plan, EasyEcom if marketplaces are still most of your volume and payout reconciliation matters, Increff if you are a fashion or lifestyle brand first. None of the three publicly claims quick commerce appointment booking, and none takes ownership of quick commerce payment reconciliation, so a quick-commerce-heavy brand should plan where those jobs live before signing.

EasyEcom vs Unicommerce vs Increff for quick-commerce-heavy brands

Before you read: where FilFlo stands

FilFlo is not one of the three products compared here. It is a B2B purchase-order layer that some brands run alongside them, so we have a point of view, and we have kept it to one clearly labelled section near the end. Everything said about EasyEcom, Unicommerce and Increff comes from their own public websites, pricing pages and support articles as read on October 13, 2026, plus press coverage for company facts. Where a vendor’s own pages disagree with each other, we say so rather than pick one.

Key Takeaways

  • Unicommerce has the most explicit quick commerce module of the three, including dispatch-vs-GRN matching, but check plan gating: its support docs place some quick commerce integrations, such as Flipkart Minutes, on the Enterprise plan.
  • EasyEcom treats quick commerce POs as B2B orders arriving mostly by email (Blinkit by EDI), inside a broad OMS with a strong marketplace reconciliation add-on.
  • Increff is a fashion-first planning and warehousing platform; its quick commerce offer is its own dark-store network, not a Blinkit or Zepto PO workflow.
  • None of the three publicly claims appointment booking, and none owns quick commerce payment reconciliation. Decide where those jobs live before you sign.
  • All three are quote-based. Get the plan named in writing for every quick commerce platform you need.

How We Evaluated

We read each vendor’s homepage, product and quick commerce pages, pricing or plan pages, integration pages and public support articles on October 13, 2026, and used press coverage only for company facts such as listings and acquisitions. We did not run demos or hands-on tests, and we did not treat customer logos as evidence of a capability. Support articles are often undated, so treat anything sourced from them as a question to confirm, not a settled fact.

The lens is a brand that supplies Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart on purchase orders, where the work is PO intake, SKU mapping, cuts, GST invoicing, appointments, ASNs, GRNs and credit notes. A marketplace-first brand would weight these products differently; for that view, see our top 10 order management systems guide.

What “Quick-Commerce-Heavy” Changes About the Evaluation

Marketplace OMS platforms grew up around the consumer parcel: an order from Amazon, Flipkart or a Shopify store, routed to a warehouse, packed, handed to a courier, maybe returned. Quick commerce platforms buy differently. They raise purchase orders against a buyer entity and GSTIN, in their own item codes, with an expiry date and a delivery appointment at a warehouse. The brand cuts what it cannot serve, invoices with an IRN on the right series, ships under an e-way bill where required, sends an ASN where the platform asks for one, and then lives with the GRN, which decides what gets paid.

That makes four questions decisive for a quick-commerce-heavy brand: how each platform’s POs actually get in (API, EDI, email or file), which plan you need for that, what happens between dispatch and GRN, and who owns the gap between invoiced and paid. Our quick commerce order-to-cash guide breaks the cycle into eight stages if you want the full map.

EasyEcom: Broad OMS, Quick Commerce POs as B2B Orders

EasyEcom pitches itself as an operating system for modern commerce: OMS, WMS, a reconciliation product (EasyReco), a packing-video evidence tool (EasyVMS) and a books module, with a large claimed integration catalogue (455+). Its B2B and wholesale flow covers credit terms, blocked stock, POs and dealer catalogues, and B2B orders carry PO validity and ship-by dates. On its pricing page, purchase orders, vendor management and the B2B flow sit in the Growth tier, with EDI on Enterprise; prices are by quote.

For quick commerce, EasyEcom has a brand-facing page that names Blinkit and Zepto and talks about PO auto-import, dark-store PO mapping and slot-aware dispatch. Its support articles describe the mechanics: Blinkit POs over EDI by default, with an optional webhook that Blinkit enables, and ASN supported after a configuration request; Swiggy Instamart POs through auto-forwarded emails; any other quick commerce buyer through a generic email-parsing channel. We found no current public article on how Zepto POs arrive. Each PO becomes a B2B order, with pincodes mapped to warehouses. GST e-invoices, e-way bills and e-credit notes for B2B orders run through a GSTHero integration according to its support docs, which also note separate commercials for some e-way bill outputs.

EasyEcom’s clearest edge is reconciliation for marketplaces: EasyReco matches payouts against expected amounts and flags fees, short payments and returns for channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Meesho. Quick commerce platforms are not named there.

Best for: D2C and FMCG brands whose volume is still mostly marketplaces and D2C, with quick commerce growing, that value payout reconciliation and dispute evidence.

Not for: brands that need GRN-level reconciliation, appointment tracking or settlement-driven credit notes for quick commerce inside the same tool; none is described publicly.

Unicommerce: The Most Explicit Quick Commerce Module

Unicommerce is an e-commerce enablement suite: multichannel OMS, a separate B2B OMS, WMS, inventory, a reconciliation product (UniReco), video capture, a seller panel, courier aggregation through Shipway (fully owned since March 2025, per press reports) and marketing tools. It has been listed on the NSE and BSE since August 2024, and claims 290+ integrations on its homepage. Plans are Standard, Professional and Enterprise, described as indicative and sold by quote.

Its quick commerce module is the most explicit of the three. The page shows Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Now, BB Now and Myntra Now, and describes PO fetch with SKU, MRP and EAN validation, ASN push for supported platforms, dispatch matched against the platform’s GRN with discrepancies flagged, a separate quick commerce stock allocation, a GST invoice on dispatch and built-in e-way bills. The B2B OMS generates the IRN inside the order workflow. In early 2025 Unicommerce announced a Blinkit integration in a stock-exchange filing.

Two things to check. First, connection methods differ by platform and are changing. The quick commerce page mentions API or EDI for Blinkit, while its Blinkit integration page describes POs parsed from email. For Zepto, a 2026 support article describes POs fetched by API through Zepto EDI, with the ASN sent automatically when the manifest is closed (enabled on Zepto’s approval), replacing an earlier flow of email-forwarded PDF POs. Second, plan gating: support articles limit the Flipkart Minutes integration and the email-based Zepto flow to Enterprise-plan sellers, and say status updates do not sync back to the channel. The quick commerce FAQ also leaves final reconciliation and disputes with the brand.

Best for: brands that want one listed vendor across marketplaces, D2C and quick commerce, with dispatch-vs-GRN matching, and can budget for the Enterprise plan.

Not for: smaller brands on lower plans that need Zepto, or teams expecting the vendor to own quick commerce deductions and disputes.

Increff: Planning and Warehousing Depth, Fashion First

Increff is the most planning-heavy of the three: forecasting, merchandise and open-to-buy planning, assortment, allocation and replenishment, markdowns, a WMS covering e-commerce and wholesale, an OMS that handles B2B and B2C, cross-docking, vendor fulfilment and store fulfilment. Its integrations page claims 1,300+ connections, with Indian marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO and JioMart, and ERPs including SAP and Dynamics 365. Fashion and apparel lead its industry list and its logo wall; its one public consumer-goods case study is in packaged food.

Quick commerce at Increff means something different from the other two. Its offer is Increff Grid, a network of its own dark stores for same-day and few-hour fulfilment, described in a December 2025 post. We found no Blinkit, Zepto or Swiggy Instamart PO, ASN or GRN workflow named on its public site, no published GST e-invoicing detail, and no reconciliation module.

Best for: fashion, footwear and lifestyle brands that need planning, allocation and a piece-level warehouse, and brands that want outsourced hyperlocal fulfilment.

Not for: FMCG brands that need their software vendor to run Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart PO workflows; plan a separate PO process if you choose it.

Already on One of These? Keep It for B2C

See how a B2B PO layer handles Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart POs from intake to GRN and credit notes, while your marketplace OMS keeps the parcels.

Seven Questions to Ask in Every Demo

Feature pages converge; the answers to these do not. Bring a real PO from each platform you sell on and ask:

  1. For each of my platforms, how do POs arrive? API, EDI, forwarded email or file, and on which plan. Get it per platform, in writing.
  2. What happens when a PO is amended, cancelled or expires? Watch the system handle a second version of the same PO.
  3. How are cuts recorded? Is there a reason and an approver per SKU line, and can you report fill-rate loss by reason later?
  4. Where do appointment status and PO expiry live? If not in the tool, in which spreadsheet?
  5. Which platforms get an ASN, and built from what data? An ASN assembled from the actual invoice is safer than one keyed separately.
  6. Can the platform GRN be captured per line, with typed variance reasons? Short, damaged, excess, wrong item.
  7. Who owns the gap between invoiced and paid? Does the tool create credit notes from settlement files, or does that stay with finance?

Which One Should You Pick?

Pick by where your volume and your margin leaks are, not by integration counts:

If this is youPickBefore you sign
Marketplace and D2C parcels are the bulk of volume; QC is growing; payout reconciliation mattersEasyEcomTest how each QC platform’s POs arrive and whether GRN and appointment tracking happen elsewhere
You want one listed vendor across marketplaces, D2C and QC, with a dedicated QC module and budget for the Enterprise planUnicommerceConfirm the intake method and plan for every QC platform, and who owns QC reconciliation
Fashion, footwear or lifestyle with serialised inventory and serious planning needsIncreffPlan a separate PO workflow for QC platforms; Increff names none publicly
QC POs are the majority of revenue and margin leaks at cuts, appointments, GRN and credit notesKeep one of the three for B2C, add a B2B PO layerDefine which system owns which orders and which stock before go-live

If you are undecided between EasyEcom and Unicommerce, the tie-breaker is usually plan and intake method for your specific quick commerce platforms, not the headline module list. Run the same three POs through both demos and compare what your team still has to do by hand.

Where a B2B PO Layer Fits (and Where FilFlo Fits)

When quick commerce becomes most of the revenue, many brands stop asking one tool to do both jobs. The marketplace OMS keeps B2C parcels; a separate order-to-cash layer runs the PO lifecycle. FilFlo is the order-to-cash operations layer for FMCG brands selling through quick commerce, along with modern trade, general trade distributors, marketplaces, D2C and institutional buyers. On dedicated brand instances FilFlo implements and operates connections such as EasyEcom and Increff, and it runs alongside Unicommerce: Unicommerce keeps B2C marketplace order routing while FilFlo runs the B2B, PO-driven lifecycle.

The connection modes are specific: Blinkit is a live webhook workflow through FilFlo-operated middleware; Zepto is live PO intake plus ASN submission (enabled per account), with the ASN built from invoice data; Hyperpure POs come by email; Swiggy Instamart is a file and portal-paste workflow. POs are approved at SKU level with reasons and crate-MOQ rules, invoiced with IRN and e-way bills on the right GSTIN profile, tracked for appointment status in a platform-PO tracker, and closed with GRN capture and variance reason codes. FilFlo closes the GRN gap and manages credit notes against platform settlements today; deduction classification and payment reconciliation are on the roadmap. The ERP feed is a live native API with Dynamics 365 (OData, bidirectional), with export formats for Tally and Zoho Books.

Not for: brands where quick commerce is a small share and one of the three already handles POs well enough, and anyone looking for a courier-aggregation OMS for B2C parcels. Pricing is quote-based. For why a parcel OMS and an order-to-cash layer are different jobs, see our OMS vs order-to-cash explainer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which is better for quick commerce: EasyEcom, Unicommerce or Increff?

On public evidence as of October 2026, Unicommerce makes the broadest quick commerce claim: a dedicated module that lists seven quick commerce platforms, PO fetch, ASN push for supported platforms and dispatch-vs-GRN matching. EasyEcom brings quick commerce POs in mainly through forwarded emails (Blinkit by EDI) and runs them as B2B orders inside a broad OMS with strong marketplace reconciliation. Increff names no Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart PO workflow on its site. Check plan gating and the intake method per platform in a demo before deciding.

Does Unicommerce integrate with Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart?

Its quick commerce page shows Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Now, BB Now and Myntra Now. The connection method varies by platform and is changing: a 2026 support article describes Zepto POs fetched by API through Zepto EDI with automatic ASNs, while its Blinkit integration page and Flipkart Minutes article describe POs parsed from forwarded email. Some support articles also limit integrations to Enterprise-plan sellers. Ask which method and plan apply to each platform you sell on.

How does EasyEcom handle Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart purchase orders?

According to EasyEcom's support articles, Blinkit POs come in over EDI by default (with an optional webhook that Blinkit enables) and Swiggy Instamart POs arrive through auto-forwarded emails. Other quick commerce buyers can use a generic email-parsing channel, and its quick commerce page also names Zepto. In each case the PO becomes a B2B order in EasyEcom, with pincodes mapped to warehouses.

Is Increff a good fit for an FMCG brand selling on quick commerce?

Increff is strongest in fashion and lifestyle: planning, allocation, and a piece-level warehouse model. Its public site does not name Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart PO workflows; its quick commerce story is Increff Grid, its own network of dark stores for fast fulfilment. An FMCG brand whose growth is quick commerce POs should test batch and expiry handling and ask exactly how platform POs, ASNs and GRNs would be handled.

Do any of these tools book quick commerce delivery appointments?

None of the three publicly claims appointment booking for quick commerce deliveries as of October 2026. EasyEcom's quick commerce page mentions slot-aware dispatch. Appointment booking itself usually happens on the platform's own portal, so the practical question is where your team tracks appointment status and PO expiry once a slot is booked.

How much do EasyEcom, Unicommerce and Increff cost?

None of the three publishes prices today. EasyEcom shows Starter, Growth and Enterprise tiers and Unicommerce shows Standard, Professional and Enterprise plans, both quote-based; Increff publishes no plans. Because some quick commerce features are gated to higher plans, get the plan named in writing for every platform integration you need.

Can a B2B PO layer run alongside EasyEcom, Unicommerce or Increff?

Yes. Many brands keep their marketplace OMS for B2C parcels and run the quick commerce PO lifecycle (intake, SKU-level cuts, invoicing, appointments, GRN, credit notes) in a separate order-to-cash layer. The rule that makes it work is explicit ownership: decide which system holds which orders and which stock before go-live, and keep one inventory truth between them.
